The
spiritual practice of the Dances of Universal Peace combine music,
simple movement and sacred phrases of the many spiritual traditions,
inspiring peace and serenity within. These body prayers offer the dancer
a gentle and joyous opportunity to deepen spiritually and to
develop community through meaningful personal interactions.
Certified Dance Leader, Christine Manz, will guide us through each
dance, teaching the words, melody and movements. No musical or dance
experience of any kind is required and everyone is welcome to join
in the circle!
